Tengo un problema con equipo. No he encontrado ninguna referencia a este problema en los foros así que os escribo. Al querer usar el HJT para chequear el pc se me cierra el programa. Sin usar el programa hago alguna búsqueda en el google que tenga la palabra Hijackthis y me cierra el iexplorer, si busco cualquier otra cosa no pasa nada y puedo estar horas navegando sin problemas. Si uso el firefox y busco algo con Hijackthis en google me cierra el firefox. A modo prueba de fallos pasa igual y lo único que se puede hacer para que me deje ejecutar el HJT es finalizar la tarea del explorer y abrir el HJT desde ejecutar nueva tarea, o entonces puedo entrar al firefox y buscar poniendo la palabra Hijackthis, vamos que he llegado a la conclusión que algo hay residente en el explorer que se concentra específicamente en el HJT. Os pongo el log a ver si véis alguna cosa que yo no he sabido ver.

La que os he puesto en negrita me vuelve a salir aun quitándola.
El Mcafee me he encontrado en el archivo wdmstub.sys el virus downloader-ash.gen pero nada más y el equipo va lento para abrir carpetas, etc.

Sólo la entrada que mencionás es maligna, pertenece a un troyano. En tu log no se vé nada mas.

Para ver si existe algún proceso oculto en tu sistema realizá estas indicaciones:

Descargá la herramienta Silent Runners (dale click con el boton derecho del ratón al enlace y luego en Guardar enlace cómo, Save as o Save Link as....) y seguí estos pasos:

Ante todo perdón por tardar pero tenía derecho a unas holidays y me las he tomado. Ahora estoy por ti.

He pasado el Silent Runners y te posteo el log, veo alguna cosilla pero tú me dirás que hago que te manejas mejor en esto.

Por cierto, he visto que otro usuario (saparra) envió un problema igual y tú le recomendaste que hiciera los 11 pasos y él posteó (post 61359) que el AVG Antispyware le encontró el mcafeehelper.exe que provocaba que se cerraran las páginas donde ponía hijackthis. Yo he buscado ese archivo y no lo tengo pero tengo el Mcafee Antivirus y lo he deshabilitado para ver si funciona pero sigue igual, aparte que lo hace incluso a prueba de fallos.

Hola gente,

Sigo con el mismo problema. No puedo escribir en ningún momento la palabra hijackthis porque se cierra el programa, el explorer de windows, el internet explorer e incluso el firefox.

No sé qué me pasa, es muy raro. Sólo funciona si paro el proceso del explorer. Entonces sí que puedo entrar en internet y escribir hijackthis sin problemas.

A ver si alguien sabe alguna solución.
