hola, cuento lo que pasa se me reiniciaba la pc entonces segui los 11 pasos que se recomiendan para limpiarla todo me dio bien salvo cuando le pase al panda esto es lo que puso en el informe

tambien le pase el regseeker limpio el registro hasta que no quede nada pero cuando lo vuelvo a pasar me da siempre el mismo es decir que no lo puede eliminar



que hago?

o si tienes el reporte guardado checa en donde se encuentra Herramienta potencialmente no deseada:Application/Restart

ya que lo tengas pega aqui la direccion en donde se encuetra

Bueno... la mayoria de veces q la pc se reinicia, no tiene q ver con el software, sino q con el hardware, le has agregado algun nuevo componente o driver a la pc???

deberias de intentar limpiandola por adentro, tal como dice Hobbit aki

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Tools\Restart.exe

Luego ejecutá otro análisis con Panda y pegá el reporte aquí.

hola si hice lo que me dijiste, elimine el archivo y le pase el Panda nuevamente, y me salio limpio lo que no pude aun es el del regseeker.

No te preocupes, simplemente es una entrada CLSID, es normal y no te generará ningún problema.
