siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii aveces nose xk se reinicia solo no tngo ningun programa k aga eso, i kuando se inicia i acava d cargarse me sale una ventana diciendo ; su pc se a recuperado de un grave error ime dice para enviar el infforme de datos supuestamente a microsoft ake se deve'? eso huele a virus=???¿

Hola. Podrían ser muchas cosas, virus, refrigeración, memoria, etc....

Comprueba la temperatura del PC en la BIOS directamente

Haz un escaneo online con:Pegas aquí el reporte que te genere el Karpersky

Pero compruebala directamente en la BIOS (tecla supr en el POST y luego vas mirando las opciones)
