Muy buenas, me presento soy pedro y soy autónomo de la construcción y tengo un PC para la contabilidad y todo eso, incluido la propaganda en Internet. Tengo instalado bitdefender 9 profesional plus. Desde hace un par de días me sale que unos programas intentan conectarse a Internet y el antivirus no les deja por ser virus os pongo lo que pone:

Trojan.downloader.bkk
Trojan.downloader.agent.AQG
Dropped.dialer.udia.a

E actualizado Windows Update

Como podéis suponer no soy ningún entendido en informática ni PCS. (pero me defiendo) os agradecería muchísimo me echarais una mano por que estos archivos intentan infectarme continuamente y me tienen muyy preocupado ya que tengo toda la información de mi trabajo en el PC.
A se me olvidaba tengo el XP pro. En versión ingles (no tengo ni idea de ingles las traducciones las tengo que hacer con el Google)

Descarga la herramienta DelPSGuard (La última versión) y descomprímela en el escritorio de Windows pero no la ejecutes aún.

Realiza todos los pasos sin saltarte ninguno,por favor.

Apaga tu ruter/moden y desconecta el cable de tf. de la torre.

Ver archivos ocultos en todos los Windows

Apagar Restaurar Sistema (Systema Restore)

Reinicia el PC en Modo a prueba de fallos

Ejecuta ahora el DelPSGuard (La última versión) y sigue las instrucciones del programa.

Y pones el reporte que te genere el DelPSGuard,tanto si te eliminó todo o te quedó
algun archivo para su eliminación,antes de pasar el killbox (lo puedes copiar a un Bloc de notas para luego pegarlo aquí)


Elimina todas las cuarentenas que tengas (bitdefender) y vacía la papelera.



Pasa estas herramientas:

Ad-Aware 1.06 SE Personal

Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookis y temporales

RegSeeker para limpiar el registro,pásalo varias veces hasta que ya no te salga nada.

Instálate el SpywareBlaster 3.5+manual


Reactiva la opción de restaurar el sistema,reinicias y te conectas a la red.

Y le pasas 2 antivirus online, el AVG/ Ewido Anti Spyware y el Kaspersky,por este orden y si hay algo que no te eliminen lo pones aquí con su ruta completa.

Pones un log del HijackThis para ver como esta todo y nos cuentas los resultados.

NeoByte muchas gracias por contestarme aqui te pongo el resultado del DelPSGuard, pero me siguen saliendo los mismos intentandose conectar a internet, ademas al pasar el Ad-Aware 1.06 SE Personal encuentra 44 archivos y se queda pillado, he intentado borrar un archivo de los que se intenta conectar y que el bitdefender le detecta con el fileASSASSIN y no lo puede borrar. te agradeceria eternamente una ayuda por favor.

Pones un log del HijackThis para ver como esta todo y nos cuentas los resultados.

Siguiendo con las instrucciones de NeoByte (muchas gracias por contestarme) comprobé en el centro de descarga y OK, pase el DelPSGuard, pero me siguen saliendo los mismos archivos intentándose conectar a Internet, además al pasar el Ad-Aware 1.06 SE Personal se queda pillado, he pasado el Disk Clearner y regSeeker hasta que no saliera ningún registro. Pase el AVG online y borro algún coki, el kaspersky cuando termino izo una cosa extraña y se cerro antes del informe. He intentado borrar un archivo de los que se intentan conectar y que el bitdefender le detecta con el fileASSASSIN y no lo puede borrar. Te agradecería eternamente una ayuda por favor.
Perdón también desoculte todos los archivos, apague restaurar sistema y prueba de fallos.

Muchísimas gracias por vuestra impagable ayuda.

Instálate un Cortafuegos/Firewall y aqui podrias elegir uno


Descarga la herramienta VundoFix.exe ,en el escritorio de Windows y descomprímala,pero no la ejecutes aún.

Ejecuta el hijackthis y con todos lo programas cerrados marca las siguientes entradas y pulsa en FIX Checked:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winvll32 - winvll32.dll (file missing)


Sin reiniciar,busca y elimina estos archivos/carpetas.Utiliza el KillBox si no puedes eliminarlos.

Le vas poniendo que NO a reiniciar hasta que pongas el ultimo y ahi le pones que SI para que reinicie y elimine estos archivos infectados.

winvll32.dll


Ejecuta ahora el VundoFix.exe y sigue todas los pasos que previamente te has imprimido.
Pones el reporte que te salga.


Elimina todas las cuarentenas que tengas y vacía la papelera.


Pasa estas herramientas:

Spybot S.D.Lo actualizas te inmunidizas y lo pasas.

Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookis y temporales

RegSeeker para limpiar el registro,pásalo varias veces hasta que ya no te salga nada.



Reactiva la opción de restaurar el sistema,reinicias y te conectas a la red.

La ubicación del hijackthis,no es la mas idónea.Eliminalo y despues le pasas el,
RegSeeker para limpiar el registro y su manual

Cada vez que paso cualquier herramienta de desinfección el antivirus BitDefender me avisa que varios archivos intentan infectar con los troljan y que el BitDefender no les deja. Me tiene muyy preocupado el tema

Ves a Inicio > Ejecutar escribes: %TEMP% - cuando se te abra la carpeta, borra todos los archivos que aparezcan en ella, pero NO borres la carpeta TEMP sólo su contenido.

Elimina la carpeta _Restore para ello tienes que hacer lo siguiente:

1) Apaga Restaurar Sistema (http://www.forospyware.com/45-post2.html)

2) Reinicias el sistema

3) Activas de nuevo la restauración

4) Reinicias nuevamente


Y si hay algo que no puedes eliminar con el killbox, utiliza el FileASSASSIN

Una pregunta te siguen saliendo ventanas ?

Nos cuentas como funciona todo.

NeoByte, entro en Inicio > rum y escribo %TEMP% y no me deja eliminar tres archivos, dos acabados en tem. Y el otro win15.tmp.exe, imposible ni con el killbox ni fileASSASSIN, tengo el otro pendiente que tampoco he logrado borrarlo, C:\WINDOWS\Temp\win2a.tmp.exe, estoy perdido del todo y sobre todo preocupado.

Las ventanas siguen saliendo cada vez que se entra en las carpetas de tem.
Que puedo hacer?
