Respetable foro, he venido aprendiendo mucho leyendo de Uds y las soluciones a otros pero ahora tengo un problema grave.

Desde hace como un mes vengo notando que Mcafee no actualizaba pues decia que ya estaba actualizado, a veces me pedia que restaurara o reinstalara. Lo cierto que de ahi para aca he tenido una serie de problemas pero la mas grave fue el famoso about:blank en las paginas de internet explorer beta 7 version 3 que tengo instalado. Ya fue un parto desinstalar el la version 2 para ir a la 3. En ese momento perdi un dll que tuve que bajar de la red, pero ya el internet estaba choreto pues estaba lento.

He bajado el spybot, adaware, todos los antibichos todos reconocen algo la primera vez que corren y despues nada.

He quitado las cosas del hijackthis y vuelven a aparecer. Lo cierto es que estoy al borde de un ataque de nervios llevo dias en esto y por eso me decidi a pedirles su ayuda pues ahora ni siquiera puedo acceder a internet luego de reinstalar el bendito mcafee (una pesadilla) y ahora esta desactualizado pues no puede acceder a la web ni conectarme ni nada.

Hola Asunciont, te doy la bienvenida al Foro de InfoSpyware.

Te recomiendo antes desintalar el McAfee y SpyBot al igual que cualquier otro programa de proteccion ya que aparte de restos de malware hay alguna basura por ahi en el registro.

Una vez terminado todos los pasos reinicias y si todo funciona bien le instalas todo nuevamente.


Paso 1- Apaga el "Restaurar Sistema"

Paso 2- Descarga el programa Ewido Anti-Malware 4.0 , Actualízalo pero no lo ejecutes aun.

Paso 3- Con todos los programas cerrados ejecuta el HijackThis y dale a estas entradas:

Paso 4- Ejecuta Ewido Anti-Malware 4.0
Paso 5- Usa el Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales y RegSeeker para limpiar el registro de Win.

Paso 6- Reinicia y hacele un escaneo online con "Panda ActiveScan Online"

Reinicia y nos contas los resultados.
