Atención No me aparece nada en el administrados de dispositivos

Hola otra vez, esta vez antes de cagarla y cargarme el sistema operativo y todo el ordenador os contare lo que pasa. No me iba el sonido en el ordenador (es un portatil) y me meti en el administrador de dispositivos para ver si es que habia que actualizar el driver y resulta que no me aparece nada, NINGUN DISPOSITIVO, ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA!!!! Además el ordenador m va super lento y por supuesto, y engancho un medio extraible como el mp3 para guardar datos no m lo reconoce. He pasado el ad-adware y el hijackthis para ver si habia algo, pero como yo no entiendo de eso lo pongo aqui, para ver si alguien me puede ayudar. QUE ALGUIEN ME DIGA COMO PUEDO ARREGLARLO SIN TENER QUE FORMATEAR!!!!, porque yo creo que es algun virus o trojano o algo... Tengo un monton de datos que no puedo salvar porque no me va nada y no quisiera perderlos.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.
