Hola, es mi primer mensaje en este foro, espero hacer todo bien y de acuerdo con las normas. Muchísimas gracias por adelantado por la atención.
Los problemas que he detectado en el ordenador son:

-No permite que se ejecute el antivirus (Mcafee)
-Ayer iba muy lento, haciendo que los reproductores de media fueran a saltos y haciendo mucho uso de la CPU sin motivo aparente.
-Ayer me era casi imposible navegar por internet.
(Estos dos problemas parece que hoy no suceden).
-Tengo el Ebatesmoemoneymaker4 por ahí (aunque no en "agregar y quitar programas").
-Cuando funcionaba el antivirus me detectaba el Navhelper.
-Tengo una conexion Adsl y de vez en cuando me aparece una ventana pidiendo conexión (como cuando tenía modem) que he de aceptar si quiero seguir navegando.
-Hay unos cuantos programas que no puedo terminar de desinstalar con el "Agregar o quitar programas".

No se cuantos de estos problemas estan relacionados entre sí o están motivados por programas espía o virus pero la verdad es que estoy completyamente paranoico y harto de que el ordenador no funcione todo lo bien que debe.

Bueno lo que tengas en tu equipo no sale nada en el log de HijackThis por lo que vamos a usar otras herramientas.

Descarga y ejecuta Spy Sweeper 4.5


Realiza un escaneo online con "Panda Antivirus Online" y nos pegas sus resportes en este mensaje.

Usa el Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales y RegSeeker para limpiar el registro de Win.

Reinicia y nos contas los resultados.

Muchas gracias por la ayuda (y perdón por tanta explicación).

He hecho todo lo que me has dicho (varias veces) y esta es la situación:
-El ad-aware me detectó una cosa llamada apropos, el ebatesmoemoneymaker y el navexcel navhelper. Posteriormente no me ha detectado más el ebatesmoemoneymaker pero los otros sí. También me aparecen tras varios scan un mensaje que dice que tengo 27 negligible objects (todos son una cosa llamada MRU List) que al parecer no se pueden quitar.
-El spysweeper me ha detectado también navhelper diciéndome que se estaba intentando conectar y que intentase quitar manualmente unos archivos que no he sabido encontrar.

Por otro lado el Regseeker no consigue quitar algunas de las "aplicaciones instaladas" que tampoco podía terminar de quitar con el "instalar o quitar programas" pero esto no sé si viene mucho a cuento.

Y sobre todo hay veces en que la conexión va fatal (no se cargan las páginas más allá de la primera búsqueda de google) y he instalado el mozila firefox como recomendáis en la página pero no funciona para nada, dice que mire a ver si el firewall permite la conexión con mozila pero dado que por algún motivo no puedo ejecutar el antivirus y el firewall (Mcafee), no puedo ver qué ocurre al respecto.

Hola, intenta pasarle Spy Sweeper en modoa a prueba de fallos y dejanos el reporte de este para borrar esos archivos manualmente usando KillBox.

Luego reinicia y nos dejas un nuevo log de HJT pero que no este separado por espacios.

Hola!

Bueno, he pasado el Spysweeper en modo a prueba de fallos, me ha dado unos archivos y los he eliminado. Lo he vuelto a pasar y ya no ha encontrado nada. He pasado el Panda online y no ha detectado nada tampoco. No he utilizado el killbox aunque lo he descargado pero de todos modos eso lo debía hacer una vez hablara con vosotros.
Aun así no puedo ejecutar el antivirus mcafee para hacer un scan con él aunque puede que esté funcionando de alguna manera ya que me avisa de las páginas de internet con posible contenido indeseado. ¿Debería desinstalar este antivirus e intentar poner otro? Me han hablado del avg.free.
Por otro lado el emule me va tremendamente lento, menos de la mitad de volumen de descarga de lo que era habitual hace 3 días (antes de encontrar problemas que me hicieron preocuparme), la subida es normal.
Y sobretodo no puedo utilizar el firefox, me dice que o no tengo conexion, no sé qué otra cosa (que tampoco ocurre) o que puedo tener un firewall que impida utilizar firefox. El explorer funciona sin problemas.
No sé si sobre esas cosas me podéis decir algo.

Por lo que veo aparte de los problemas de malware tenes varios problemas mas en tu sistema, por lo que yo te recomendaria un formateo para evitarte dolores de cabeza y que todo quedara funcionado correctamente.

¿Lo ves en el log de HJT o en las cosas que te digo?
La verdad es que obviamente un formateo te deja el ordenador como nuevo pero la verdad es que tengo un montón de cosas aqui metidas y por eso pretendía evitarlo... pero en cualquier caso, deja que te pregunte entonces un par de cosas acerca del formateo.
¿A la hora de guardar archivos y programas del ordenador en discos externos es posible que me copie tambien alguna de las movidas que están jodiendo el ordenador y que por tanto al volver a instalarlas o copiarlas al ordenador vuelva a haber los mismos problemas?
Y por otro lado, obviamente me tengo que hacer con un sistema operativo antes de hacer nada ya que al comprar el ordenador te viene instalado el windows pero no te dan los ***** discos (tengo discos del windows 98 pero no del xp)... no? Alguna otra opción?
