Hola,
lo primero presentarme y os cuento mi problema.
Tarda en arrancar, como si estuviera cargando algo raro.
En ciertos momentos se queda unos minutos colgado y luego va bien.
Y lo peor de todo es que se abren paginas en internet muy molestas.
Una vez realizado el procedimiento a de limpieza indicado por vosotos, seguimos igual.

Antes que nada, preguntarte: ¿tú pusiste como página de inicio about:blank?

Realiza estos pasos y recuerda dejarnos los reportes de los antivirus:

1.- Deshabilita el Restaurar Sistema

2.- Activa la opción Ver Archivos Ocultos

3.- Reinicia en Modo a Prueba de Fallos

4.- Cierra todos los programas, ejecuta HijackThis y dale "Fix Cheked" a estas entradas:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: App Management - C:\WINXP\system32\r48s0el7ehq.dll

5.- Sin reiniciar, busca y elimina estos archivos, si no se dejan eliminar descarga el programa "Killbox" y sigue las indicaciones del mensaje, copia y pega los archivos para que los elimine al reiniciar.

6.- Pasa estas herramientas:

- Ad-Aware 1.06 SE Personal manual

- Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales

- RegSeeker para limpiar el registro de Windows y su manual pásalo varias veces hasta que ya no te salga nada para eliminar.

7.- Reinicia el pc

- Instálate el SpywareBlaster 3.4 manual

8.- Pasa dos de estos antivirus online (ewido y kaspersky preferentemente) y nos comentas si te detectaron algo o no. Si hay algo que te detecten nos pegas el reporte que te generen.

9.- Analiza este archivo con VirusTotal y nos pegas el reporte que te genere:

10.- Comprueba los resultados y nos pegas un nuevo log para comprobar que quedó limpio.

De preferencia, imprime las indicaciones para que se te haga más fácil seguirlas.

Hola, aquí estoy otra vez,
Pues seguimos igual; tarda en arrancar, luego se queda colgado durante unos minutos y en internet las paginas que se abren lo siguen haciendo e incluso me desconectan el antivirus que tengo (Norton).

La verdad que es no le veo fin a esto. La verdad es que necesito el ordenador para trabajar. Bueno necesitaba desahogarme.

Respecto al mensaje anterior, ha salido una gran parrafada, espero que no os atraganteis.


Decir que No lo encuentro no aparece por ningún sitio.

Decir que lo que me sale es en C:/WINXP/system32/guard.tmp (infectado con Look2Me.Topcoverting). Ni lo repara ni lo elimina.

Aclarar que el sistema operativo lo tengo en la carpeta WINXP y no en WINDOWS.

Parece que tu pc está un poco malito de virus... primero lo limpiamos, y si después sigue yendo un poco lento hacemos otros pasos... aunque seguramente, cuando esté limpio del todo, notarás una mejoría en el pc .

Sobre los dos archivos que no encuentras... seguramente se hayan limpiado del pc durante la limpieza .

* Coméntanos si tú pusiste como página de inicio about:blank.

* Realiza estos pasos y recuerda dejarnos los reportes de los antivirus:

1.- Deshabilita el Restaurar Sistema

2.- Activa la opción Ver Archivos Ocultos

3.- Reinicia en Modo a Prueba de Fallos

4.- Cierra todos los programas, ejecuta HijackThis y dale "Fix Cheked" a estas entradas:
