Buenas a todos, he intentado pasando el Ad-Aware SE Personal, el Spybot-S&D, el Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro y el Prevx1, pero el problema persiste; el KAspersky me detecta el archivo compstuig.dll.tmp, pero no lo puede eliminar, sale que no tiene acceso o el elemento está bloqueado. Ya no sé que más hacer a ver que me reomiendan. Gracias

Hola. Todo parece indicar que el problema es ese archivo, pero seguramente tienes alguna otra cosa mas que lo esta encubriendo. Hace lo siguiente:
- Apaga Restaurar Sistema si tienes Windows ME o XP.
- Entra en Modo Seguro (Modo a Prueba de Fallos).
- Borra el archivo C:\WINDOWS\compstuig.dll.tmp con el programa Killbox.
- Escanea con:

• Kaspersky actualizado (todos tus discos locales).
• Spybot S&D actualizado (opcion "Analizar problemas").
• Ad-aware actualizado (Escaneo completo).
• Arovax Antispyware (opcion "scan selected folders" activada, y seleccionando los discos locales).

- No salgas del modo seguro. Has lo siguiente en cada cuenta de usuario:

• Cierra todas las ventanas.
• Pasa el CCleaner.
• Limpia el registro con RegSeeker (opcion limpiar registro).

- Inicia en Modo Normal y vacia la carpeta C:\!Killbox.
- Escanea con:

• Ewido On-Line.
• Kaspersky On-Line.

>>> Nos pegas el reporte de cada scanner.
- Reactiva Restaurar Sistema.

Eso es lo que sale en el Kaspersky, creo que se solucionó el problema, probaré de todas maneras.

Me duró una hora y volvió a aparecer el archivo, lo eliminé con el Killbox pero reapareció. Que otra solución puedo tener?.

Yo me referia al reporte de el Ewido On-Line y el Kaspersky On-Line, pasalos y nos pegas el reporte.
