Hi,

Descarga OTL.exe by Oldtimer en el Escritorio

Cierra todas las ventanas y programas abiertos.

Desde Modo Normal Ejecuta OTL con Double click sobre su ícono y solo configura lo siguiente dejando lo demas por default:

Pulsa el botón Ninguno.

Copia y pega el siguiente código en su marco en blanco (bajo de Código de Reparación)

Vas a realizar lo siguiente:

Descarga el adjunto que te dejo al final, lo descomprimes al escritorio.
Pulsa con el botón secundario el archivo bits.reg y luego selecciona "Combinar" Acepta la advertencia.

Luego Ejecuta OTL con Double click sobre su ícono y solo configura lo siguiente dejando lo demas por default:

Pulsa el botón "Ninguno"

Ahora copia y pega el siguiente código en su marco en blanco (bajo de Código de Reparación)

Al combinar el archibo bits .reg me sale el aviso de "No se puede importar c:\users\silvia\desktop\bits\bits.reg.No todos los datos se escribieron correctamente en el registro.Algunas llaves estan abiertas por el sistema u otros procesos ", y despues de realizar los pasos con OTL el reporte es este:

Hola de nuevo,

Vuelve a entrar a services.msc y ahora inicia el servicio de actualizaciones automáticas, si te da algún meensaje de error me lo copias.
Luego con el servicio de transferencia de segundo plano (Bits) Detenlo y vuelve a Iniciarlo, si te da algún mensaje de error me lo copias.

OK, al iniciar el servicio windows update en "Services.msc"me sale un error "Windows no puede iniciar el servicio windows update en equipo local. Error126: no se puede encontrar el modulo especificado." y antes de iniarlo tenia por defecto el tipo de inicio "automatico(inicio atrasado)".
Y el servicio BITS se puede detener y iniciar sin ningun problema.

Bien,

Cambia a Resultado Mínimo, donde dice Standar Registry (Registro Normal)

Ahora copia y pega el siguiente código en su marco en blanco (bajo de Código de Reparación)

Emm, copiastes y pegastes el código que te dejé no el reporte. El reporte Extras te saldrá en el escirtorio luego del de Otl.
