Eliminar ventana de AdFly (Solucionado)

Hi, desde ayer se me impregno esto que menciono en el título, intente con trojan killer, anti mal ware y norton y ninguno pudo borrarlo, es la segunda vez que me pasa pero no con este tipo de publicidad si no con otro, pero pude borrarlo con norton, sin embargo este no, les dejo una imagen:

Realiza lo siguiente:
Descarga AT-Destroyer (Adwares/Toolbars-Destroyer) By Infospyware.
Desactiva temporalmente el Antivirus y/o Antispyware.
Ejecuta la herramienta como administrador.
Aparecerá el Disclaimer de la herramienta.Presiona Sí.
Presiona sobre la opción 1 (Buscar y Destruir)
La herramienta desconectará el escritorio moméntaneamente.
En caso de estar infectado,la herramienta lo indicará con lineas rojas donde se haya encontrado la infección,sino,serán lineas verdes.
Una vez terminado el escaneo,podrás volver a ver el escritorio y se te abrirá un reporte,que deberás copiar en tu próxima respuesta comentando cómo funciona el sistema.

Volví a hacerlo y ahora detecto uno, en el primero no paso nada, reinicie la PC y sigue aunque ahora no persiste si no que se quita rápidamente:

De que habla?, es una ventana de publicidad que aparece en el escritorio llamada adfly, de repente parpadea cómo intentando aparecer en 1 o 2 segundos muy rápido

Descarga Cleanner

Abrí Cleanner
Abrí la opción Desistalar Programas
En la opcion Desistalar Programas te aparecerá la opción Guardar un archivo de texto y lo guardas con el nombre " Instalados.txt "
