Escribo porque desde hace algunos días el ESET NOD32 Antivirus me ha estado avisando acerca de la presencia del siguiente virus:
Objeto:
C: Windows system32 services.exe
Amenaza:
Win64/Patched.B.Gen Troyano
Informacion:
No es posible su desinfeccion
Uso Windows 7.

Realiza lo siguiente:
Herramientas necesarias.
- Un ordenador limpio con conexión a Internet.
- Un USB.
Desde el ordenador limpio:.
- Descargue Frst.exe a su escritorio.
- Copie Frst.exe a su unidad USB.
Desde el equipo Infectado:
Ingresa en las opciones de reparación del sistema.
Para acceder a las Opciones de Recuperación del Sistema de las opciones de inicio avanzadas:
- Reinicie el equipo.
- Tan pronto como se carga el BIOS comienze a apretar la tecla F8 hasta que aparezcan las opciones avanzadas de arranque.
- Selecciona Reparar el Equipo y presione enter.
- Espere a que cargue, seleccione el idioma y configuración de teclado, clic en siguiente.
- Seleccione el sistema operativo que desee reparar y haga clic en siguiente.
- Seleccione su cuenta de usuario haga clic en siguiente.
En el menú de Opciones de Recuperación del Sistema vera las siguientes opciones:
- Reparación de inicio.
- Restaurar sistema.
- Restauración de imagen del sistema.
- Diagnóstico de memoria de Windows.
- Símbolo del sistema.
- Seleccione el Símbolo del Sistema.
- En la ventana de Comandos, escriba notepad.exe.
- En la parte superior vaya a Archivo>>> Abrir.
- Seleccione "Equipo" para encontrar la letra de su Unidad USB, cierre el Bloc de Notas.
- Una vez dentro de la Ventana de Comandos escribe tal cual x:frst.exe donde x debe ser reemplazada por la letra de Su unidad Usb.
- Presionas Enter.
Deberá ver algo similar a lo que muestra la imagen:
- La herramienta comenzará a correr.
- Cuando la herramienta se abra le mostrara la ventana Disclaimer, haga clic en Sí.
Luego abrirá la ventana del programa:
Al finalizar el escaneo se creara un reporte Frst.txt en el USB. Conecte de nuevo el USB en el ordenador limpio, abra el archivo (Frst.txt) copie y pegue su contenido en su próxima respuesta.
- Pulse el botón Scan.

Muchas gracias. Intenté seguir las instrucciones pero al ejecutar el frst me sale el siguiente mensaje de error:
The subsystem needed to support the image type is not present
No estoy seguro de qué estaré haciendo mal.

Descargá la herramienta ComboFix.exe a Tu escritorio.
- Desactivá temporalmente el Antivirus y/o Antispyware. Cómo deshabilitar temporalmente su Antivirus
- Cerrá todas las ventanas abiertas.
- Hacá doble clic en el archivo ComboFix.exe y seguí las instrucciones.
- Cuando termine, generará un registro en C:\ComboFix.txt.
Notas Importantes:
- Mientras CF este trabajando, no debes mover el mouse ya que pararía su proceso.
- ComboFix Puede Reiniciar automáticamente el PC para completar el proceso de eliminación.
- Una vez Terminado el Trabajo de ComboFix, podes activar Tu antivirus.
- No Pongas los Reportes Dentro de Etiquetas Code ni HTML.
Atención!! No use ComboFix a menos que se le haya indicado específicamente en su mensaje por un integrante de nuestro Staff. El reporte generado, se encuentra en C:\ComboFix.txt . Abrilo, seleccionas Todo y lo copias y pegas en Tu próxima respuesta.

Por cierto, llevo trabajando con la computadora unos 10 minutos desde que corri el ComboFix y no me ha vuelto a salir el mensaje del ESET NOD32, es posible que el problema ya se haya resuelto?

Desinstalá CF de la siguiente manera:
- Ir a Inicio > Ejecutar
- Escribir lo siguiente: ComboFix /Uninstall como muestra la imagen debajo:
- Esto activara el desinstalador de ComboFix abriendo su pantalla principal y luego de unos segundos veras ("ComboFix is uninstalled")
Si No podes desinstalalrlo asì, Descargá OTC.exe en el escritorio.
Lo ejecutás y presionás Cleanup para Desinstalar ComboFix y sus carpetas creadas.
Eso reiniciará tu pc.

Perfecto, ya desinstalé el programa sin ningún inconveniente.
No me volvió a salir el aviso de virus de NOD32, así que creo que podemos dar el asunto por resuelto.

Descarga TDSSKiller.zip a tu escritorio.
Desconecta tu ordenador de Internet (Desconecta el cable).
- Descomprime el archivo tdsskiller.zip
- Ejecuta el archivo
TDSSKiller.exe Si usas Vista o 7 presiona clic derecho ejecutar como administrador.
- Presiona clic sobre
- Marca también las casillas:
- Presiona clic sobre el botón

- TDSSKiller comenzara a analizar el equipo.
- Si el equipo no está infectado:
- Mostrara
- No threats found.
- Presiona clic sobre el botón "Close"
- Si el equipo está infectado:
- Mostrara:
- Threats detected.
- Select action for found objects:
- Malware object, high risk. La acción predeterminada es "Cure" o "Delete".
- Suspicious object, medium risk. Usa siempre la opción "Skip"
- El programa selecciona de forma automática la acción a tomar.
- Presiona clic sobre el botón "Continue"
- Para desinfectar correctamente el Sistema, puede solicitarle reiniciar el equipo.
- Presiona clic sobre el botón
- Abre el reporte de TDSSKiller, ubicado en C:\TDSSKiller.x.xx.x_xx.xx.xxxx_xx.xx.xx_log.txt, donde "x.xx.x_xx.xx.xxxx_xx.xx.xx" son versión, fecha y hora.
- Copia y pega su contenido en tu próxima respuesta.
