Hola. Espero que alguien me pueda echar una mano, el ordenador me está crispando los nervios.¡Estoy desesperada! Ahí van mis dudas: He instalado de nuevo el sistema operativo y demás programas porque el ordenador iba muy lento pero al ir realizando las distintas operaciones me ha saltado un mensaje sobre la cración de una red de oficina o casa (o algo parecido) y con el icono de una casa pero yo no he creado ninguna red. Igualmente, el programa "network device switch 3" que nunca he utilizado aparece configurado con un perfil y como si alguien estuviera conectado a mi ordenador. El antivirus ha detectado intrusos y amenazas desconocidas. Al analizar el ordenador con el antivirus aparece que tengo tres sistemas de arranque. Bueno, espero que alguien me pueda aclarar un poco a qué se debe esto porque yo no tengo ni idea.

sugiero que hagas un scan con por lo menos 2 antivirus online, (sugiero Kaspersky y Ewido)

Hola. Aquí estoy otra vez. He vuelto a instalar de nuevo el sistema operativo y los programas. Por el momento no quiero descargarme más antivirus para ver si me solucionan el problema. El antivirus que tengo instalado me ha detectado lo siguiente:

Alguien me puede echar una mano para saber qué le pasa al ordenador, mi nivel es básico y ando un poco perdida.
Igualmente, me gustaría resolver una duda. Os cuento: Hace unos días asistí a un Congreso relacionado con mis estudios, en una de las sesiones tuve al lado a un chico que me pidió ver mi ordenador, estuvo mirando la conexión de red inalámbrica que tengo. A continuación, miré su ordenador y tenía la pantalla completamente azul y bajaban números y letras por la pantalla a toda velocidad. Le he preguntado a un amigo y cree que este chico podía estar descifrando claves de mi ordenador. Desde entonces ando con los problemas. No sé si puede tener alguna relación, la verdad es que parece una película pero es así.
