En primer lugar sigue los pasos indicados en este post
y descargate y ejecuta CWShredder de mi firma.

Despues sigue los siguientes pasos

Paso 1- Apaga el "restaurar sistema "

Paso 2- Activa la opción de "ver archivos ocultos y de sistema"

Paso 3- Con todos los programas cerrados ejecuta el HijackThis y dale "FIX Checked" a estas entradas:

Si no reconoces "contenidosVip" elimina tambien

Paso 4- Reinicia e inicia en "modo a prueba de fallos " (modo seguro)

Paso 5- Busca y elimina todos los archivos que indico en negrita manualmente (aunque puede que alguno no este)

Paso 6- Usa el Disk Cleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales

Paso 7- Pásale Ad-Aware SE actualizado e instala SpywareBlaster 3.3

Paso 8- Reinicia y ejecuta un análisis con un antivirus online (este por ejemplo)
