No puedo eliminar un Hijacker

Buenas tardes, quería pedir consejo en este foro que tantos problemas soluciona. Estoy arreglando el pc a un colega y no puedo eliminar un Hijacker que redirecciona a www.domredi.com. Según lo que me comentó pinchó en msn el famoso enlace de mira esta foto. Le he pasado el malwarebytes, y lo detecta y lo elimina, sin embargo, cuando reinicio vuelve a aparecer.
