Hola a todos, hace un tiempo atras tuve el mismo problema. Paso el Ewido y me detecta estos archivos infectados:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mssvcc.exe -> Backdoor.Agobot.agw C:\WINDOWS\system32\newexe.exe -> Backdoor.Rbot.aeu C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsystems.exe -> Backdoor.Agobot.agw

Los elimino y al tiempo salen otra vez, saben como hacer para sacarlos definitivamente de la pc???

Buenasss, realiza los siguientes pasos:

Pasa por windows update y actualiza tu sistema

Paso 1: Apaga Restaurar Sistema

Paso 2: Activa ver archivos ocultos de sistema

Paso 3: Descarga las siguientes herramientas, pero no las ejecutes aún

• KillBox
• Ad-Aware
• Ewido Anti-Malware 3.5
• DiskCleaner
• RegSeeker

Paso 4: Ejecuta la PC en modo seguro

Paso 5: Borra los siguientes archivos, usa KillBox si no se dejan eliminar manualmente:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mssvcc.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\newexe.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsystems.exe

Paso 6: Escanea la Pc con Ad-Aware

Paso 7: Pasa primero el DiskCleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales y luego el RegSeeker para limpiar el registro

Paso 8: Reinicia el equipo y escanea con el Ewido Anti-Malware

Paso 9: Peganos un reporte de Ewido Online

Esta es la carpeta de la herramienta Restaurar sistema y a uno de los puntos de restauración.

Cada vez que tengas problemas de malware, desactiva esta herramienta y luego analizas el sistema con las diferentes herramientas

Desactivar Restaurar Sistema y luego realiza un nuevo scan online con ewido
