hola amigos les escribo para ver si me puden ayudar a borrar este archivo , resulta que me baje un programa paar poner contraseña a mis archivos y resulta que cuando pase el antivirus (bitdefender) los detecto como rootkit y sin darme cuenta hice que los borrara como consecuencia se creo una carpeta llamada thumbs.dn en la cual contiene un archivo llamado com1, e intentado con todos los programas para poder borralo pero me a sido imposible porque me sale un mensaje de error diciendo que no se puede borrar y si veo cuando pesa sale que 0 bytes, pero en realidad tiene el peso original de la carpeta y lo se porque dos archivos los borre y se formaron dos carpeta y solo una pude borrar de milagro con el unlocker intentando una mil veces y resulto que ahora tenia mas espacio.
necesito que me ayuden a poder borrar la otra carpeta

hola realiza un scaneo con malwarebytes un examen completo y si detecta algo al final dale "quitar lo seleccionado".

hola al pasar malwarebytes debes darle "Quitar lo seleccionado" ahi sale"NO ACTION TAKEN" ninguna acccion recibida vuelve a correrlo y dale quitar lo seleccionado.

jejej me olvide de decirlo si le puse la opcion de quitar lo seleccionado ..... y los elimino
