El del kaspersky solo pongo el resumen ya qu es muy largo.

Apaga Restaurar sistema (System Restore).

2°- Reinicia

Activas restaurar sistema a la inversa de como lo desactivaste.

No recomiendo que descargues Keygen. Si descargas programas analisalos con virus total antes de ejecutarlos.
