Trate d instalar el zonealarm pero no se puedo, asi k lo trat d eliminar, al final elimine la carpet del system 32.Y ya no aparecio el error de aplicacion en el arranque vsmon.Pero seguia sin entrar a internet solo al messenger.Segui el consejo d otro tema anterior: le pase el malware, ccleaner, regseaker, hijackthis, unlocker, killbox.el reg seaker me detecto unas entradas d registro q kedaron del zonelarm.Trate de eliminarla incluso a modo de errores.Me baje el regcleaner y no se puede eliminar.En el regedit tampoco...
Como hago para borrar estas entradas de registro?Porque al parecer es el zonealarm k no m deja entrar a internet y me es imprecindible.Hay algun programa k m elimine el registro?
Ayudenme por favor, y llevo con 2 smanas en esta situación...
