Hola! de nuevo haber tengo otro problemita en otro pc (windows xp), le he pasado el elistara ha detectado troyanos los ha eliminado y bueno me va bien el problema estaba enque me redireccionaba internet a otras paginas, pero lo siguiente que quise fue instalar un antivirus ejemplo el kaspersky, lo instalo pero en el momento que dice siguiente y se quita para saltar a la ventana de activación no sale, lo reinicio esta instalado pero no salta aunque le des..., probe con el spybot se instala correcto pero le doy doble clic al iniciarlo y nada no salta!, en este pc hay mucha contabilidad de empresa y no puedo formatear, me gustaria poder instalar un antivirus ya que en el pasan muchos pendrives!. Gracias

- Descarga la herramienta COMBO FIX y guárdala en el escritorio.

• Desactiva temporalmente el Antivirus y/o Antispyware.
• Cierra todas las ventanas abiertas.
• Haz doble clic al archivo ComboFix.exe y sigue las instrucciones.
• Cuando termine, generará un registro en C:\ComboFix.txt.
  • *Nota* Mientras CF este trabajando no mover el mouse ya que pararía su proceso.
  • *Nota* ComboFix puede reiniciar automáticamente el PC para completar el proceso de eliminación.

• Reinicia y pega el reporte de C:\ComboFix.txt en este mismo mensaje.

Este es el equipo de windows vista que no puedo navegar ni con internet explorer ni con firefox ni ningun navegador ni incluso actualizar antivirus pero si entrar en messenger y programas de descargas, gracias:

Como sigue tu pc ahora

lo he reiniciado despues de pasar esta herramienta ya que no se reinicio solo y sigue con los mismo sintomas, sin poder navegar por ningun navegador, lo curioso que me meto en la consola (cmd) y hago cualquier ping a cualquier pagina web y me responde correctamente. Ay algo que se pueda hacer sin necesidad de formatear?

Hola de nuevo, perdonadme mi insistencia pero es que me tiene muy preocupado el tema, sabeis que es lo que puede estar cortandome estos accesos a internet?, y si hay alguna herramienta actualizada que le pueda pasar para solucionarlo?. Gracias de nuevo

desactiva toda la protección antivirus y antispyware (incluido el firewall) y prueba a navegar.....Me comentas......

todo desactivado he incluso desactivado todo y sigue sin navegar, no se me he bajado los programas como malwarebytes ... y demas se los he pasado todos y no detecta nada de nada, he pensado en el archivo hosts pero la unica linea es:
::1 localhost creo que esta bien ya no se que hacer creo que voy a tener que formatear! dime porfa algo gracias

he visto esto sabeis para que sirve y k es lo que hace:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled

eso afecta el funcionamiento del router para algo o algo no se...?

Mira....le hemos pasado todo y no es problema de malwares. Si tienes la posibilidad de formatear, es lo mas conveniente, ya que eso te devolverá un sistema estable y seguro.....

respalda tus archivos y formatea ese ordenador para que funcione correctamente, pero ten cuidado con los programas que te bajas, porque por ese lado bienen los problemas como este que te esta ocurriendo.......que es un rulo que no se le encuentra solución.
