Pantalla azul de error en xp

Hola gente, estoy con un problema muy grabe, de lo bien que estoy trabajando en windows xp, la mayoria de las veces en mozilla firefox o copiando archivos de hd a hd, se me pone la famosa pantalla azul de error de windows xp y tengo que reiniciar. La verdad que vengo probando con varias cosas para saber cuel es el problema pero no lo puedo llegar a encontrar.
Reinstale 3 veces XP en distintos rigidos y sierpre pasa lo mismo. Anoche estuve escaneando la memoria 2 horas con el memtest86 y no tiro ningun error, pude rescatar algunos volcado de memoria con el Windows Debugger en el cual me tira siempre alguno de estos dos errores:

Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+6067a ) o
Probably caused by : Ntfs.sys ( Ntfs+2c528 )

Tengo placa de video integrada, le puse una pci vieja para probar pero no pasa nada, sigue dando el mismo problema. Comento, pero no creo que sea por esto, hace poco la desarme para cambiar la fuente y limpiarla y no pude volver conectar la zonda del termometro del gabinete y el display no me prendio mas.
No se mas que probar. ¿Pueden ser sintomas de que me halla quemado la mother en algun sector???

Los pantallazos azules en Windows son muchos y variados. Por esto te aconsejo que copies toda la información del error, incluido el mismo número, para tener un pie desde donde empezar, y la pegues en este thread.

Gracias por contestar GabolaN, bueno te paso los dos mas actuales de los miles de txt de volcados de memoria que tengo. de paso quiero comentar que al entrar a la bios la temperatura del sistema es de 60º y ahora instale el Everest y me dice que la temperatura del sistema es de 45º ¿como puede ser esto?

Ahora se pone la pantalla azul al arrncar con lo siguiente
BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO

al prender tengo que elegir "ultima configuracion buena conocida" sino no entra, cada vez estoy mas al muere.

En efecto, sigue los pasos que indica el artículo de Windows, asegurándote de dejar al menos 64 MB de memoria RAM. Si tienes dudas sobre cuanta memoria tienes, haz un examen con Everest y nos lo pegas para analizarlo e indicarte.

Hola gente, les comento por las dudas, que creo qeu solucione el tema, un amigo me presto ayer una memoria de 1gb ddr de 400, y hace horas que la estoy usando con miles de programas y todo parece ir excelente. La verdad que estoy muy contento por saber que sea la memoria y no otra cosa, pero esto me deja muchas dudas..... por que el memtest86 no encontro nada y lo estuve corriendo casi 2 horas, ¿sera que tenia mal configurada la memoria?..

No se precisamente como funciona el Memtest, pero ten en cuenta que estos programas para testear hardware son un poco complicados, y no son fiables al 100%. Algunas veces puede detectarte errores y otras no, y hay más de una variable que determinan esto, como la cantidad de memoria utilizada en ese momento, el refresco de datos que se lleva a cabo durante el exámen, etc.
