hace unos días acepti un archivo de fotos desde una de las ventanas de mis contactos. lo acepte, y ahora, están recibiendo mensajes en inglés sobre, "te envio las fotos que ayer nos hicimos" "mira estas fotos".
Como puedo hacer para que no reciban más textos, y no tenga que cerrar y abrir continuamente mi msn para poder hablar con ellos??????????

Yo también he recibido esos avisos,no los aceptes,tengo entendido que son virus,o alguna forma de publicidad,pero seguro que los compañeros te dicen algo más que yo un saludo

Muchas gracias Binaria, si me han comentado que es un virus, mis amigos me han aconsejado de ciertas pájinas, como "msnclenear" "ccclenear" pero aún así sigo teniendolo.

hola Raky, parece ser que estas infectado sigue con estos pasos que te indico


1º-descargue pero no ejecutes a un estas herramientas

*MSNCleaner*((se encuentra al final del post))

*MalwareBytes' Antimalware*

*ccleaner*

2º-[desactiva resturar sistema]

3º- [Iniciar en Modo Seguro]


4º-Ejecutar las herramientas (una por una y en este orden)

*MSNCleaner*

*Descomprimir el archivo MSNCleaner.zip
*Ejecutar el archivo MSNCleaner.exe
*Hacer Clic en el botón Analizar, Si se detecta algún archivo nocivo, se activará el botón Eliminar
*Seleccionar las opciones "Eliminar archivos temporales" y "Restaurar el archivo Hosts"
*Hacer Clic en el botón Eliminar

*MalwareBytes' Antimalware*

(( realizar un scan completo con *MalwareBytes' Antimalware*))
(( y al finalizar el scan no olvides de darle a la opcion quitar lo seleccionado para que tenga efecto la desinfeccion))
(( pones el reporte en tu proximo mensaje))

*ccleaner*

(( ejecutas ccleaner en sus dos opciones limpiador y registro haciendo copia del registro cuando te lo pida) )


5º- [-reinicias a modo normal-]

6º- [-vuelves a activar restaurar sistema-]


7º- *realizas un scan con un antivirus online*

(( pruebas con las dos versiones de kaspersky si no puedes lo realizas con Panda ActiveScan 2.0))
(( y en tu proximo mensaje pones el reporte del antivirus online))

*si quieres para que te sea mas comodo puedes imprimir los pasos*

*si algun paso no lo puedes realizar te lo saltas y sigues con el siguiente*

hay dios de donde as sacado ese reporte ese no es el que necesitamos necesitamos que hagas un scan con un antivirus online (( pruebas con las dos versiones de kaspersky si no puedes con ninguna de las vesiones de kaspersky lo realizas con Panda ActiveScan 2.0 )) (( en tu proximo mensaje pones el reporte del antivirus online))

ok, amigo por eso necesito el reporte del antiviurs online ya que ese reporte nos va a dar infomacion sobre el virus y asin poder seguir con el procedimiento
