a lo que me refiero es que es eso de revisar las mecanicas de eliminación, porque he entrado en esos enlaces y explica como eliminar los virus y uno de los pasos es actualizar las definiciones de los virus, ¿como lo hago? ¿me descargo en mi pc unos archivos en zip que gay en ese enlace y luego paso el norton on line que hay en vuestro enlace? es que no se como se hace, no tengo ni idea, porque admas el norton on line que yo he pasado simplemente te dice q tienes troyanos pero no te de la opcion de eliminarlos.

Actualizar las definiciones de virus es sólo en el caso de que se emplee un antivirus instalado localmente, en cuyo caso por conexión a LiveUpdate (en caso de Norton) se pueden descargar automáticamente.
Si es un antivirus on-line, no hay que actualizar definiciones porque los antivirus on-line ya van completamente actualizados.

pues la verdad es que a mi todavia se me sigue añadiendo a favoritos una carpeta que se llama links, que no contiene nada y que tampoco se muy bien cuando se añade porque a veces está, otras veces no y no tengo ni idea de como se quita.

Usando el cwshredder, genera un reporte y nos lo mandas, eso nos dará una visión más amplia de la situación.

Si con eso no lo encontramos y aun quieresa saber que la genera, seguiremos tratando.
