Mira de pasar nuevamente y actualizado el MalwareByte's Antimalware y esperemos que tengan ya en su base de datos al intruso.

Si el problema persiste mira de buscar en tu pc. estos archivos:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntos.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\oembios.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\twext.exe

Los eliminas con el FileASSASSIN que ya viene incorporado en el Malwarebytes.

Pase el programa que me dijiste y sigo teniendo el mismo problema. Se arregla durante algun tiempo algunas veces, pero al final acaba pasando lo mismo.

Lo que sea tiene que estar bien incrustado y rearrancarse autonomamente.

No tengo ninguno de los ficheros que comentas.
