Buenas tardes:
Despues de haber hecho la limpia como narrais en el tutorial los sintomas son los siguientes:
-El inicio es lentisimo
-Los programas,carpetas,etc tardan mucho en abrir
-Uso como navegador el firefox y le cuesta mucho arrancar
-Desde el navegador no puedo ver el correo pinchando en el icono ,tengo que salir fuera
Tengo un P4 2.8 mhz y con 1 giga de memoria ram
¿es normal o es que me como la olla demasiado?

Pues tu log está limpio, pero parece que estás usando dos antivirus a la vez (McAfee y Avast), lo cual no es recomendable.

Si es asi deberías decantarte por uno.
