hola ante todo gracias por la ayuda que me podais dar.Me compré un ordenador hará un año y medio estaba muy barato e iba bien ahora tengho intenet y cuando lo compré me dijeron que tenia ethernet y resulta que me quiero conectar y no hay forma con otro ordenador más viejo sí puedo.cuano le doy a administrador de dispositivos me trae con una interrogacion pci device y controlodora ethernet .Intenté actualizarla con los cds que me traía el ordenador tal y como lo habia tenido que hacer otras veces cuando había tratado de actualizar el viejo si lo formateaba .Creo que los cds que me dieron no sirven y probe con lo que tenia el otro ordenador y tampoco.?que puedo hacer?estoy bastante pez en esto y he estado unh montón de horas intentado que me vaya pero es como dar palos de ciego.como averiguo que tarjeta ehertnet tengo?

Si la tarjeta ethernet es integrada como supongo solo debes averiguar tu modelo de placa base y bajarte los controladores de todos tus dispositivos incluido el de la tarjeta de Red

Descarga e instala el Everest o el aida32 y pon aqui un informe de la placa base

Si tu pc es de marca puedes tambien buscar en la página de soporte del fabricante guiandote por tu modelo de pc (por ej Hp pavilion t456, Acer aspire zxxx, etc) donde encontrarás tambien los controladores

Si solo te faltan los controladores de Red descarga solo los LAN y ejecutas el archivo de instalación (si vienen comprimidos pues los descomprimes primero)

No has puesto la temperatura del procesador las demás son normales
