Hola! hago referencia a un mensaje de eugenia que tambien me pasa a mí algo similar. Les cuento que seguí al pie de la letra la solución pero no puedo hacer el kill de mssearchnet.exe, no me deja borrarlo.

El mensaje de referencia es este:
"Hola! me apareció en la compu un spyware. Me dice: your computer is infected! y otro amarillo con signo de admiracion parpadeando: System alert. Y tamnien un spyware (spyaxe). (link: http://www.forospyware.com/t17594.html)


Por lo tanto les mando el log de ad - aware, a ver si me ayudan, si necesitan otra cosa me avisan!:

MAnde un nuevo mensaje (hoy 17-12) poruqe no habia pasado el log de hijackthis, y como soy nueva en esto estoy aprendiendo. Pero les aviso que seguí al pie de la letra las instrucicones y no funciona bien el delpsguard me queda el escritorio sin iconos y no hace nada.

Ya leí un mensaje de que no estaba funicionando bien, así que lo bajé de nuevo, pero preferí esperar una respuesta de ustedes respecto del log que mandé en el otro mensaje así puedo estar segura de borrar los registros correctos.

Dicho problema con el PSGuard.exe ya fue arreglado, debes volverlo a descargar de acá
