Pues el Malwarebytes como puedes ver te elimino varios archivos infectados..

Pero todo Ok, tenias alguna consulta mas ?

si al parecer elimino y tenias que reininiciar antes de poder eliminarlos si no se reinicio sola al terminar entonces as otro escaneo.Suerte
