Gracias por ayudarme a solucionar el problema. Todo funciona correctamente y por fin logré instalarme el antivirus sin ningún tipo de problemas. También se han eliminado, aparentemente, todas las infecciones, además la herramienta de restaurar el sistema vuelve a funcionar, incluso ha mejorado la velocidad de mi computadora y he conseguido desfragmentar el disco, cosa que antes no podía hacer. En resumen, gracias por dar solución de forma tan efectiva y rápida a mis problemas!
