HOLA! Solucioné una infección por spyware hace un par de meses, gracias a vosotros, entre el que estaba incluido el adware Navipromo. Posteriormente he leído el artículo de Guillermo Tell sobre el tema en el foro de Documentación- Virus y spywares más comunes, donde dice que el spyware instala un certificado. He comprobado que en el navegador de Internet Explorer que usaba antes, efectivamente tengo instalado un certificado del tipo electronic-group, instalado por el spyware. Aunque ahora uso Mozilla, como recomendáis,pero ¿debo eliminar el certificado? Un saludo.

Hola albeko, si estas tenidendo probleas de publicidad lo ideal seria aplicar los pasos de la guía que consultaste y pegar los reportes.

Si solo tienes el problema de que quedo el certificado como rastro de la infección lo puedes eliminar manualmente o mejor que eso, ejecutas el programa Navilog1 en modo seguro y este lo eliminara automaticamente y de una vez buscara cualquier otro archivo perteneciente al Adware Navipromo en el sistema y podras pegar ese reporte para revisarlo y confirmar la limpieza del equipo.

Hola! Pego el reporte del Navilog1, donde parece que pone que no ha encontrado certificado de Egroup, pero a mí me sale entre los certificados de
confianza del navegador Internet Explorer. ¿Lo quito manualmente?

Hola albeko podrias hacer una captura de pantalla de ese certificado antes de eliminarlo y pega la imagen para ver si se trata de una nueva versión del mismo.

Hola: he tardado en contestar porque hay veces que no he podido abrir vuestra página y además no consigo subir las imágenes con el ImageShack. Trato de hacerlo como explicais en el tutorial pero si selecciono el tipo de archivo image me dice que no es archivo válido. Lo intentaré hacer con el file exchange a ver si sale:http://www.imageshack.us/?pickup=80118274550214 y http://www.imageshack.us/?pickup=80118275464048. Espero vuestra contestación para saber si conseguís ver los certificados( uno es de electronic-group y el otro del mismo emisor)

Hola albeko lamentablemente las imagenes no fueron subidas correctamente y no se ve nada de los certificados.

Eliminalos de forma manual y nos comentas si tienes algun problema adicional o podemos dar por solucionado el tema.

Eliminé manualmente el certificado de electronic-group. No tengo ningún problema, los eliminé al seguir los pasos que me indicásteis para eliminar el adware Navipromo. Simplemente leí el artículo tuyo sobre Navipromo y ví lo del certificado, que comprobé que efectivamente tenía en IE con el que navegaba anteriormente. En principio podemos dar el tema por solucionado. Tengo otro problema reciente , y es que pocas horas después de registrarme en ImageShack , mandaron un correo electrónico a todos los contactos que tengo en la cuenta de correo, de venta de aparatos electrónicos de China, pero supongo que será mejor abrir un nuevo foro. Confírmalo. Gracias por todo
