y sobre esta carpeta C:\b8a14d9e1bbea19931 instalaste internet explorer 7?con o sin actualizaciones

si es asi y funciona bien esa carpeta debio eliminarse automaticamente despues de reiniciar

si te funciona bien el internet explorer 7 y lo configuraste al abrirlo por primera vez, puedes borrar tranquilamente esas carpetas no te causaran problemas

uuufff bueno esas son las opciones que me aparecen (las comillas " significan la misma palabra del renglon anterior para no repetir y tardarme mas jiji) y las mas parecidas a la que me indicas es esta que dice "Ocultar archivos protegidos del sistema operativo (recomendado).
Comentame si debo deseleccionar esa opcion.

sin la opcion "Utilizar uso compartido simple de archivos" no podra salirte la pestaña seguridad
