Hola, soi nuevo y tengo problemas con mi ordenador. El Norton se deshabilitó y ya no funciona, el windows defender está bloqueado, no puedo instalar otro antivirus porque se bloquean, cuando lo logro hacer me aparece que no es una aplicación win32 válida, además las conexiones inalámbricas han desaparecido. Agradeceré que me indiquen si es un virus el que tengo y que tengo que hacer para deshacerme de él.

Reinicia a Modo Prueba de Fallos (Modo Seguro)

activar ver archivos ocultos

Ejecuta

1. el SuperAntispyware,
2. el malwarebytes
   
   Cita:

   * Luego del escan te mostraran los resultados indicándonos la cantidad de archivos escaneados, infecciones encontradas * En la siguiente ventana debemos hacer clic en Quitar lo Seleccionado para proceder a la desinfección del equipo

3. y el delpsguard
   
4. Ejecuta El Ccleaner para limpiar Cookies y Temporales, Luego el Limpia el Registro.

Incia en Modo Normal.


Haz un escaneo online con:
* Ewido (lee el Manual) [Luego del Escaneo le das a Remove Infections]
* Karpersky (lee el Manual) Y nos Pegas ese nuevo Reporte de Karpersky Aqui junto con el reporte del malwarebytes

limpia el registro con el regseeker, y utiliza el ccleaner para limpiar cookies y temporales de internet.

luego realiza un escaneo online con "Panda ActiveScan Online" y nos dejas sus reportes en este mismo mensaje.

el reporte del karpersky esta limpio comentanos como sigue tu pc.

Hola Francisco, intenté instalar el NOD32 y no pude, se bloquea la instalación. Intenté instalar el avast y no se ejecuta, me dice que no es una aplicación win32 válida. Eso implica que todavía tengo el virus??? o hice algo mal??? o quedo dañado el sistema operativo???

Te comento que el windows defender tampoco se ejecuta.

descarga lo siguiente:

• elibagla (al final del post)
• atf-clenaer (no requiere instalacion).

Desactiva la Opcion Restaurar Sistema
Inicia tu Pc En Modo a Prueba de Errores
Activa ver Ver archivos ocultos

ejecuta:

elibagla

1. Guárdalo en el escritorio de windows
2. Ejecútalo, espera a que termine el scan.
3. Cuando termines, reinicia el pc en modo normal.
4. busca el archivo infoSat.txt (q se situa en Mi PC > C:\ )
5. El contenido del reporte lo pegas aqui mismo

atf-cleaner

1. Ejecútala y marca la opción "Select All"
2. Pulsa sobre el botón "Empty Selected".

reinicia en modo normal y realiza un scan online con:

panda activescan
karpersky online pegas el reporte que te genere.
