HOLA,,,, ESPERO Y ME PUEDAN AYUDAR CON ESTE PROBLEMITA.,.,.

Hace unos cuantos dias empece a notar este problema y no se cual sea el motivo por eso les agradecere si me pueden ayudar.,.,.,

Mi computadora es portatil trabaja bien en todos los procesos que hago y demas... El problema aparece cuando hago el proceso para apagar la computadora; cuando ya me aparece el icono de apagar empieza a realizar el proceso la computadora y despues me aparece este mensaje el cual es el problema que tengo...

sw:Acrord32.exe-Error de aplicacion

la intruccion en "ox24002bcd" hace referencia a la memoria en
"ox24002bcd" la memoria no se puede "read"

haga click en aceptar para finalizar el programa
haga click en cancelar para depurar el programa


DETRAS DE ESTE MENSAJE ME APARECE ESTE OTRO...

FINALIZAR PROGRAMA: SW

El sistema no puede cerrar este programa ya que esta esperando su respuesta.
para volver a windows y comprobar el estado del programa haga click en cancelar.
si selecciona finalizar el programa inmediatamente perdera los datos que no hayan sido guardados, para finalizar el programa haga click en finalizar ahora..,.,.

EN MI CASO PRESIONO ACEPTAR EN EL PRIMER MENSAJE Y SE APAGA LA COMPUTADORA...

NO SE SI SE PUEDA SOLUCIONAR PARA QUE YA NO ME APARESCA ESTE MENSAJE O A VER EN QUE ME PUEDEN AYUDAR..

Hola, te recomiendo que repares tu Windows con el Cd.

El Acrord32.exe es el ADOBE ACROBAT READER, debe ser un conflicto que tienes con ese programa, prueba a desintalarlo pasas el CCleaner y luego lo vuelves a instalar..ok

gracias por su ayuda.... marin tai mi maquina acaba de ser formateada y pienso que eso no el problema asi que primero antes de hacer lo que me dices primero pruebo lo que propone anleg_30 y pues si no funciona intento lo tuyo ok pero de todas formas gracias....

una preguntota anleg_30...

como paso al ccleaner no tengo idea de que significa..,.,. me puedes ayudar en eso... GRACIAS.

este fue el archivo que me aparecio al eliminar el programa de adobe reader y al utilizar el cleaner como lo dijo anleg_30 fue lo que guarde cuando puse en reparar problemas..... chequenlo y me comentan algo al respecto

ok esta bien ahora, antes de instalar el adobe reader dirigete a disco local (disco "C") en la carpeta de archivos de programas y eliminas la carpeta que tenga que ver con el programa, si tienes mas programas de la familia de adobe existe una carpeta de nombre archivos comunes ubica la carpeta corespondiente con el programa de Adobe reader y la borras tambien,,

luego de hacer eso vueleve he instala nuevamente el programa adobe reader,,,,,,,,

anleg_30 borre carpetas y instale de nuevo el programa..

ahora esperaremos resultados y pues veremos a ver si ya no aparece ese mensaje muchas gracias a ti y a Marin Tai y pues en el dia apagare varias veces mi computadora y mañana les mando un resultado...
