Buenas noches,
desde hace 1 día el PC que tengo, con windows vista home ha comenzado a darme problemas.
Funciona muy lento, al 99% de CPU
Me ha borrado el antivirus
No me deja conectarme a internet
No me deja instalar ningún antivirus ni antispyware.
Como no se exactamente que virus tengo he examinado los procesos en ejecución y realizado busquedas por la red.
NECESITO VUESTRA AYUDA.

Veo que tengo los siguientes archivos que me preocupan en ejecución

csrss.exe (he visto que puede llegar a ser un virus)
smss.exe (lo mismo)
service.exe (este también lo he visto en la red como virus)

Podeis decirme si son virus y como puedo eliminarlos del vista? he visto algunas soluciones utilizando el HijackThis 2.0.2 pero las entradas del registo que me indican que debo bloquear no me aparece (creo que eran soluciones para el XP)

realiza lo siguiente:
Descarga el SUPERantispyware y realiza un escaneo profundo de tu equipo eliminando lo que encuentre.
luego realiza lo siguiente:

• Descarga la herramienta ComboFix.
• Has doble click en el archivo combofix.exe y sigue los avisos, es IMPORTANTE que para que trabaje correctamente no utilices ninguna otra aplicacion mientras él analiza.
• Cuando termine este generara un reporte el cual debes pegar aqui.
• Nota* Puede que algunos Antivirus como Panda detecten un falso positivo en ComboFix pero no hay que preocuparse por esto.

nos dejas el reporte del CF.

He escaneado por completo el equipo. me ha eliminado 4 archivos identifocados como virus. despues de esto si me ha dejado instalar un antivirus. pero el equipo tiene secuelas. no me permite actualizar el antivirus y me ha dejado de funcionar el wifi. no me encuentra las redes inhalambricas. tb me ha borrado los puntos de restauracion.

Combofix realizo su trabajo y elimino el resto de la infeccion realiza lo siguiente para desintalarlo:

• Ir a Inicio > Ejecutar
• Escribir lo siguiente: ComboFix /u como muestra la imagen debajo:
  
  • 
• Esto activara el desinstalador de ComboFix abriendo su pantalla principal y luego de unos segundos veras ("ComboFix is uninstalled")

sobre las secuelas que tienes en tu equipo te recomiendo abras un nuevo tema en el subforo de windows para que seas atendido y demos este tema por solucionado

muchas gracias por la ayuda, aunque no me queda claro que la infeccion se haya eliminado completamente porque no me deja actualizar el antivius ni tampoco conectarme al wifi.

lo mas probable es que los problemas se deben a los cambios que los malwares realizaron en tu equipo..

si deseas estar seguro de que la infeccion se haya eliminado por completo realiza lo siguiente:
descargate el ccleaner (este es el manual) y lo usas en las opciones limpiador y luego en registro haciendo una copia del registro..

ahora has un analisis en kaspersky online scanner y me pegas el reporte que te genere..
