http://www.astra32.com/download.htm y fijate que modelo de placa tienes donde dice sistem summary lado derecho dice mainboard oem y abajo de eso board model apuntalos y asi te puedo ayudar

Parece que tu pc es un portátil, en este caso guiate por el modelo del mismo y acude a la página del fabricante y descargate desde allí los controladores

O fijate en la información del Everest "summary" o Resumen del pc donde suelen venir los enlaces para descargar los controladores
