Hola muchas gracias por solucionarme un problema que tuve en el pasado.
Cuando entro al msn messenger a conversar con amigos dicen que les envío un archivo y siempre que me conecto me dan un nombre diferente, al parecer lo estoy enviando de forma involuntaria ya que yo no hago absolutamente nada y se manda solo, resulta que obtuve este virus cuando una amiga mia aceptó un archivo winrar en el messenger y desde entonces lo tengo. Realiza lo siguiente:

• Descarga MSNCleaner la descomprimes en tú escritorio, pero no la ejecutes aún.
  • "Apaga Restaurar Sistema"
  • Reinicia he inicia en "Modo a prueba de fallos"
  • Ejecutar el archivo MsnCleaner
  • Hacer Clic en el botón Analizar, Si se detecta algún archivo nocivo, se activara el botón Eliminar
  • Selecciona las opciones "Eliminar archivo temporales" y "Restaurar el archivo Hosts"
  • Hacer Clic en el botón Eliminar
  • Reinicia el PC

Realiza un escaneo online con "Panda ActiveScan Online" y nos dejas sus reportes en este mismo mensaje.

Recuerda volver y comentarnos los resultados. Saludos!

De hecho, yo tengo el mismo problema pero es con el virus myspace.zip, pero cuando analizo con el msncleaner no lo detecta y en la lista de los virus que detecta el msncleaner esta ese virus... stoy haciendo algo mal??

Tengo una duda, porque no puedo activar el firewall de windows?(no creo que sea un virus, pero de todas formas le estoy diciendo) el firewall de windows de mi PC esta desactivado, yo lo desactivé hace mucho tiempo y podía activarlo antes, pero ya ni siquiera puedo activarlo porque está como deshabilitado, osea nisiquiera puedo activarlo.

No sé si hise bien pero borré manualmente los 3 archivos que el panda no me pudo desinfectar ¿hise mal o bien?

Hola si eliminastes lo que mostro el Panda (cookies) hicistes perfecto, aunque estas no son de gran importancia.

El kaspersky no muestra infecciones, por lo que problema de virus no parece.

Ve a panel de control -> herramientas administrativas -> servicios -> busca el siguiente servicio: Firewall de Windows/Conexión compartida a Internet (ICS) click derecho propiedades -> ponlo automatico -> aplicar -> aceptar -> reiniciar

Gracias ya no me han dicho nada sobre el archivo ese, le doy gracias a usted y al foro entero por atenderme y disculpe las molestias. Cuando vi los servicios pues ya estaba en en tipo de inicio autmático, a lo que me refiero es que cuando veo el firewall no puedo clikear en donde dice activado pues esta...como decirle...esta desactivado(no recomendado) y además esta gris la ventana y al clikear en activado no se activa, con tan solo ver el color ya se sabe que no se puede elegir ninguna opción y arribita dice
"Por seguridad, la Directiva de grupo controla ciertas configuraciones" esta en un cuadro azul. Gracias de nuevo.
