Hola.

El reporte de tu Antivirus si muestra infecciones , pero lo que no pones es si mandaste a eliminar esos archivos maliciosos ?

Realiza lo siguiente :

• Descarga CCleaner , ejecútalo
  • Usando primero su opción de "Limpiador" para borrar cookies, temporales de Internet y todos los archivos que este te muestre como obsoletos.
  • Despues usa su opción de "Registro" para limpiar todo el registro de Windows (haciendo copia de seguridad).

• Descarga , Actualiza y ejecuta el
  • SuperAntispyware

Por ultimo realiza un escaneo con el "Panda ActiveScan Online" , copias y pegas aqui el reporte.

yo recomiendo el EWIDO online, algunas veces panda no elimina los archivos!, a mi me pasó.

hola que tal, hice lo que me dijiste, menos lo de panda, se me queda en la parte donde dice "analizando memoria" y de ahi no pasa.. o sea no escanea nada.. no sé a que se deba.. igual te dejo los reportes de superantispyware y el de ewido, que por cierto ya eliminaron lo que sacaron en el reporte..

hola que tal¡ por ahora la PC esta bien , ya anda más rápido lo que me preocupe es que cada vez que la enciendo antes de que se cargue windows me sale una ventana con unos símbolos extraños en la parte superior, que solo me da la opción de aceptar?? no se que sea, voy a tratar de subir la imagen para que me des tu diagnóstico..
