Hola supercabezon, te doy la bienvenida al Foro de InfoSpyware.

Paso 1- Descarga estas herramientas pero no las ejecutes aun:

• DelPSGuard 4.8.4
• SUPERAntiSpyware

Paso 2- Reinicia eh inicia en "Modo a prueba de fallos" (modo seguro)

Paso 3- Con todos los programas cerrados ejecuta HijackThis y dale "FIX Cheked" a estas entradas:


O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E8249E69-A809-4544-832F-64EB65747A92} - C:\Program Files\Video Add-on\isfmdl.dll (file missing)

Paso 4- Ejecuta estas herramientas, de a una:

• DelPSGuard.exe <- Guarda su reporte.
• SUPERAntiSpyware

Paso 5- Descarga CCleaner y ejecútalo usando primero su opción de "Limpiador" para borrar cookies, temporales de Internet y todos los archivos que este te muestre como obsoletos, y luego usa su opción de "Registro" para limpiar todo el registro de Windows (haciendo copia de seguridad).


Reinicia y nos contas los resultados junto a un nuevo reporte de HJT y DelPSGuard.

Hola, el log esta limpio y si no hay mas problemas, damos el tema por solucionado.

Los pasos que te dimos aplican solo para tu caso y puede que para miles mas similares, pero depende la infección es los programas que vamos a usar para limpiar el PC.

Para evitar este tipo de infecciones te recomiendo usar un navegador mas seguro como Firefox
