Buenas tardes, Bueno, tengo el problema de que cuando compre mi laptop mi PC venia Con el Pack Completo Symantec(Norton Systemworks,Norton Internet security, Norton Ghost y Norton Partition Magic), para mi desgracia Symantec no me agrada especialmente el hecho de que a Symantec solo le interesa plata y no la seguridad de sus clientes, Bueno, Entonces opte por otro pack de proteccion al pc, Como siempre opto por el Kaspersky internet security y zone alarm, en conjunto con ad-aware y spybot S&D. Pero este no es el punto, cuando desinstale NORTON un programilla llamado HP QUICKPLAY me dio este mensaje:

HP QUICKPLAY Resident program has encoutered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working might be lost.
please tell microsoft about this problem.
