Desde hace un tiempo el proceso explorer.exe va lento, cuando se inicia la PC, se tarda mucho en cargar y mientras se carga, la barra de inicio se carga raro, porque hay unas partes que se quedan en negro hasta que se termina de cargar.
Tengo 1 giga de RAM, Intel Core duo 1.6 GHz.

Descargá la herramienta CCleaner + Manual realizas una limpieza con él y desfragmentás tu pc si todavía no lo hicíste.
