Hola: desde ya muchas gracias por molestarte en leer mi mail. Comenze a tener problemas con mi computadora nueva y lo relaciono con el momento que empeze a bajar musica y programas con ARES. Mientras la estoy utilizando se reinicia sola en cualquier momento. Puede ser provocado por un tema de virus (software)??? Cuando quiero abrir una ventana o pestaña nueva del explorer me abre themircosoft y despues currentdating y dice traffic Back URL not using.
Los antivirus que tengo son el NOD32 y el Spyware Doctor de pc tools.
Encontre dentro del foro algunas soluciones pero debido a mi gran ignorancia sobre muchos temas que ya dan por sabidos y yo los desconozco me siento incapaz de tratar de repararlo sin que alguien me guie. Esto es posible??. Existe alguna forma de intentar una reparacion con una asistencia remota???.

Ejecuta el FixWareout
El Ccleaner ejecútalo usando primero su opción de "Limpiador" para borrar cookies, temporales de Internet y todos los archivos que este te muestre como obsoletos, y luego usa su opción de "Registro" para limpiar todo el registro de Windows (haciendo copia de seguridad). Realiza Varios Analisis


Inicia en Modo Normal, Prende Restaurar Sistema y Escondes los Archivos Ocultos.

Ejecuta Nuevamente el Ccleanear como Indique Anteriormente.

Realiza un escaneo online con "Panda ActiveScan Online" (http://www.forospyware.com/foro-de-virus-y-spywares/aviso-7.html) y nos dejas sus reportes en este mismo mensaje.

Estimado amigo: despues de juntar valor he decidido llevar adelante los pasos que me indicaste y con el primer problema que me enfrento es que no me aparece la opcion de Restaurar el sistema. Tengo Windows Xp Profesional 2002 con Pack 2. Ingrese desde inicio- MI PC- Ver informacion del sistema y solo aparecen seis pestañas: General, Nombre de equipo, Hardware, Opciones avanzadas, actualizaciones automaticas y remoto. Intente ingresar desde panel de control, sistema y en las propiedades del sistema aparecen las mismas seis pestañas.
Por otro lado tambien te agrego unos mensajes que copie y te los pego de lo que me aviso el NOD32:


Se ha detectado infección con (Troyano) Win32/Delf.NFV en la memoria operativa. No puede ejecutarse acción cuando el archivo está en la memoria operativa. Ahora Elimina los Siguientes Archivos: ( Si no se dejan Eliminar usa Killbox (http://www.forospyware.com/49-post6.html) o FileAssasin (http://www.forospyware.com/t68195.html#post298547)):


C:\WINDOWS\system32\cflcfv5.dll.


Ejecuta el Ccleaner como antes mencionado

Realiza los Demas Pasos al pie sin saltarte (Omite el de apagar Restaurar Sistema), trata de Hacer el Scan Online y Pegas aqui el Reporte.

Vuelvo a molestarte: Te cuento que reinicio la PC comienzo a apretar F8 y me pregunta si booteo desde la unidad a; desde el dvd o desde el disco rigido. Elijo el disco rigido y la inicia en modo normal. No me da la opcion de iniciar a modo a prueba de fallo.
Por otro lado busque el archivo que debia eliminar en el explorador de Windows y no estaba.

ahora entra a virustotal (http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html) y entra en la casilla examinar en la parte superior para que analicen el siguiente archivo y nos colocas el reporte:

limpia archivos temporales y el registro con el ccleaner (http://www.forospyware.com/t39511.html) usando las opciones limpiador y registro

ahora has lo siguiente:

Descarga el SilentRunner (http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.vbs) (dale click con el boton derecho del ratón al enlace y luego en Guardar enlace cómo, Save as o Save Link as....)

Ejecuta el script, al hacerlo, te hará unas preguntas, en dichas preguntas contesta 'No' y 'Si' (en ese orden).

Luego, deberás esperar (aunque parezca que no hace nada) a que te aparezca un mensaje con el botón OK

En la misma carpeta que ejecutes el script aparecerá un archivo llamado Reporte el cual deberás colocarlo aquí (si lo abres o envías antes de ver el mensaje con el botón Ok, no estará completo)


Ten un poquito de paciencia hasta que termine el proceso.

Hola: por aca de nuevo. Les cuento que: arreglar el inicio en modo seguro con la información del post no fue posible. Las razones fueron 1- No tengo la opcion de restaurar sistema. 2- Baje el parche del registro y lo ejecute y al reiniciar y presionar F8 continua sin darme la opcion. 3- En el superantispyware en la solapa de reparar no me da la opcion de Repair broken SafeBoot Key. No se que puede estar ocurriendo.
Con respecto a borrar los archivos, pude eliminarlos con excepcion del C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfc000.dat que tambien te adjunto el reporte de virustotal y el C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSSRSS.EXE me aparece como C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSRSS.EXE y este en el reporte de virus total dio en todos los resultados no virus found
Sospechando de algunos archivos con nombres muy parecidos tambien los puse en virustotal y me aparecieron como troyanos y tambien los elimine.

realiza los pasos que te di en el post anterior y colocanos el reporte del SDFix..

Hola: me alegro que este empezando a mejorar la compu. Con respecto al IEHelp.dll salvo que ustedes digan que lo borre, lo voy a dejar. Para mi es igual.
Descargue el SDFix pero no lo puede hacer funcionar porque como les mencionaba antes no puedo iniciar la computadora en modo seguro y el SDFix me pide que lo inicie en ese modo. Con respecto a la forma de reparar el modo seguro, lo intente hacer con este post (http://www.forospyware.com/411708-post11.html)

Les cuento que: arreglar el inicio en modo seguro con la información del post no fue posible. Las razones fueron 1- No tengo la opcion de restaurar sistema. 2- Baje el parche del registro y lo ejecute y al reiniciar y presionar F8 continua sin darme la opcion. 3- En el superantispyware en la solapa de reparar no me da la opcion de Repair broken SafeBoot Key. No se que puede estar ocurriendo.

Estaria quedando pendiente como borrar el C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfc000.dat que anteriormente puse el reporte de virustotal y que pasa con el C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSRSS.EXE que son los que mencionaba en el mensaje numero 6.

entra en la consola de recuperacion (http://www.forospyware.com/t69963.html#post300793), como lo indica el post usa el comando FIXBOOT para reparar el archivo BOOT.INI..
en cuanto a:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSRSS.EXE
no lo elimines forma parte de windows, el otro era CSSRSS.EXE quisas ya fue borrado ::pensar::
usa el SDFix en modo normal si con lo que te indique no se resuelve, para ver si elimina el archivo perfc000.dat
despues realizas un scan en panda (http://www.infospyware.com/Anti-Virus/Panda/) este es el manual (http://www.forospyware.com/t75446.html) y nos colocas el reporte para ver que te consigue..

Hola: retomo el contacto luego de una ausencia por motivos laborales y les cuento con respecto a lo ultimo que me piden que realice es que el SDFix lo hago correr y en una ventana de DOS me aparece

Con estas opciones no lo puede hacer correr ya que no puedo hacer iniciar mi PC en modo seguro y por lo tanto tampoco puedo eliminar perfc000.dat
Y tampoco puedo entrar en la consola de recuperacion ya que no tengo los discos del XP en mi poder para poder reparar el modo seguro. ¿Como puedo hacer para eliminar este archivo? Por otro lado hice correr el Panda Online y me informa que no poseo ningun virus. Tampoco detecto a este archivo perfc000.dat

Bueno, me pongo a la espera de sus ordenes.
