Estimados:
Necesito un poco de ayuda, He seguido las indicaciones para eliminar spyware (11 pasos) pero aún no puedo eliminar 2 archivos y el computador me sigue advirtiendo que estoy infectado (aunque con sus pasos mejoró bastante de 9 a 2 infecciones)
Adjunto los logs del kasperky online y del hijackThis (gracias por cualquier tipo de ayuda, acepto apoyo moral):
