Tengo un problema con explorer de Windows XP. Intermitentemente los iconos y el taskbar desaparecen y vuelven a aparecer. McAfee reportaba un "Buffer Overflow" en explorer.exe. Desinstale McAfee y corri NOD32, que encontro varios viruses y los elimino. Pero sigo con el problema del explorer intermitente.
Que debo hace?

realiza la siguiente limpieza:


descarga el CCleaner y el advaced windows care Herramientas - Info Spyware (http://www.infospyware.com/Herramientas.htm)

desoculta los archivos del sistema: en cualquier ventana del explorador->pestaña herramientas->opcciones de carpetas->pestaña ver->mostrar archivos ocultos del sitema.

ejecuta el ccleaner <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/t105564.html)en su modo de limpiador y luego en la opccion de registro (realizando su respectiva copia de seguridad)

ejecuta el advanced windows care <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/t114596.html)

es recomendable q reinicies luego... .

Hice todo lo que me dijiste y la maquina sigue igual. Puedo usar cualquier preograma si lo subo desde taskmanager, pero si subo explorer.exe a los pocos segundos se cae, vuelve a correr y asi sigue unas cuatro o cinco veces hasta que no sube mas.

Realiza lo siguiente porfavor:


Ejecuta el ccleaner (http://www.infospyware.com/Herramientas.htm) <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/453444-post3.htm)en su modo de limpiador y luego en la opcion de registro (realizando su respectiva copia de seguridad)


Pasa elKaspersky online (http://www.forospyware.com/foro-de-virus-y-spywares/aviso-7.html) <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/t55793.html) si usas firefox instala IE Tab. (http://www.forospyware.com/t84166.html), pega el log que te genere el kaspersky aqui



Regresa con el reporte solamente del kaspersky e indicame como esta el paciente para recomendarte las acciones a tomar

Tuve que cortarle al informe pues era muy largo y no me lo aceptaba el programa del foro.

pega el texto en el marco izquierdo de OTMoveIt2 llamado "Paste Standard List of Files / Folders to be Moved"

Luego Realiza lo Siguiente:

Inicio->ejecutar->escribe: %TEMP% ->selecciona y elimina todo

Vacia completamente tu pàpelera de reciclaje

Reinicia en modo normal, me dejas el reporte del MOveit y dime como esta tu PC

Ejecuta super antispyware


Ejecuta Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware de la siguiente manera:
Realiza un examen completo
Elimina lo que consiga con la opcion de quitar todo lo seleccionado,
Reinicia el sistema (este paso es importante para eliminar lo que consiga)
Abre el programa y ubica el reporte en la pestaña "Registros" ("Logs" en ingles) abrelo y pegalo aqui


3.-Estando en modo normal ejecuta el ccleaner (http://www.infospyware.com/Herramientas.htm) <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/453444-post3.htm)en su modo de limpiador y luego en la opcion de registro (realizando su respectiva copia de seguridad)

C-pasa el Ewido online (http://www.forospyware.com/foro-de-virus-y-spywares/aviso-7.html) <Leer_manual (http://www.forospyware.com/t42048.html)>y recuerda marcar Remove Infections si no elimina todo, guarda el reporte y peagalo aqui
D.-pasa el Kaspersky online (http://www.forospyware.com/foro-de-virus-y-spywares/aviso-7.html) <Leer_manual> (http://www.forospyware.com/t55793.html) si usas firefox instala IE Tab. (http://www.forospyware.com/t84166.html), pega el log que te genere el kaspersky aqui

Corri ambos anti-virus online. Ewido cerraba la pantalla al terminar por lo que no pude pegar ningun reporte. Lo corri varias veces y siempre ocurria lo mismo
Kaspersky no encontro nada.
Corri AVG y a la picá ( quiero decir inmediatamente) encontró un troyano y lo elimino.
Luego de esto re-booteé. Casi se me salieron las lagrimas cuando vi el problema resuelto.
