hola,pues la verdad como soy novato no se si estoy en el lugar indicado pero necesito de la ayuda de los expertos les contare lo que me sucede...

un dia entrando al msn me llega un carpetita y yo de torpe la acepte, el msn sigue jalando perfecto pero hay contactos que me dicen que les mando una carpeta(que yo no mando) y supongo que es algun virus, como es costrumbre recurres rapidamente a ''restaurar sistema'' pero al dar click en dicha aplicacion dice que esta desactivada que consulte a un administrador,entre en modo seguro como recomiendan pero nada sigo sin poder entrar a ''restaurar sistema''(entre como administrador) y con mi virus a todo lo que da..pero el problema empeora...
Cuando quiero abrir el administrador de tareas dice que ha sido bloqueado para desbloquearlo quiero entrar al ''regedit'' pero esta bloqueado para desbloquearlo entro al ''gpedit.msc'' pero dice ''windows no puede encontrar el archivo 'gpedit.msc'.Asegurese de que la ruta y el nombre de archivo esten correctamente y vuelva a intentarlo.para buscar un archivo, haga clic en el boton Inicio y luego Buscar.'' y yo supongo que todo es a causa de ese maldito virus..

Luego:

:1: Ejecuta RegUnlocker (http://codehard.wordpress.com/), úsala de la siguiente manera:

- Selecciona Eliminar restricciones del sistema
- Selecciona todas las casillas correspondientes a reparadores.

Y das click en Unlock.

:2: Realizas un escaneo online con los siguientes antivirus en el orden en los que te doy:

- Ewido (http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan) (no olvides darle en la opción REMOVE INFECTIONS) dudas sobre este te lees el manual de ewido (http://www.forospyware.com/t42048.html)

- Kaspersky Online Scanner (http://www.kaspersky.com/kos/english/kavwebscan.html) cualquier duda sobre este último lees su manual (http://www.forospyware.com/t55793.html) y pegas el reporte que te da de resultado.

hola hola de nuevo,pues ya hice todo lo que me pediste hacer,lo de el registro,gpedit.msc y el administrador se soluciono con el regunlocker y en este instante acabo de terminar el segundo escaneo con el kaspersky .
con el ewido borre lo que salio y no se guardo el reporte pero el de el kaspersky si aki lo tienes a ver si falta algo por hacer...

Hola por favor realiza lo siguiente:

Descarga e instala los siguientes programas(aún no los ejecutes):

- VundoFix (http://www.infospyware.com/Anti-Malwares.htm).
- Delpsguard (http://www.forospyware.com/t4239.html#post17701)(esta en la parte final del link que te doy).
- Superantispyware (http://www.infospyware.com/Anti-Spywares.htm)(no olvides actualizarlo una vez lo descarges).
- Vundo Removal Tool (http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixVundo.exe) y lo guardas en una carpeta que crearas en el escritorio.
- ATF-Cleaner (http://majorgeeks.com/downloadget.php?id=4949&file=10&evp=72ef5a5e927b2276e6a5bc34c89d005a)

Posteriormente realiza lo siguiente:

:1: Apaga Restaurar sistema (http://www.forospyware.com/292280-post2.html).

:2: Inicias en modo a prueba de fallos (http://www.forospyware.com/292284-post4.html).

:3: Ejecutas Superantispyware , eliminas todo lo que te encuentra.

:4: Ejecutas VundoFix(no olvides regresar con su reporte) siguiendo estas instrucciones:

*Nota* Para ejecutar la herramienta VundoFix.exe siga estos pasos:

• Hacer Doble-clic al archivo VundoFix.exe para activarlo.
• Cuando VundoFix abre de nuevo, presionar el botón de "Scan for Vundo"
• Una vez que haya hecho la exploración, presionar el botón de "Remove Vundo"
• Recibirá un mensaje preguntado si desea quitar los archivos y ponerle YES
• Una vez presionado YES el escritorio parpadeara en blanco y es porque esta quitando el Vundo.
• Cuando termina presionar en OK para reiniciar el equipo en modo normal.

:5: Ejecuta Vundo Removal Tool de la siguiente manera: Te vas a la carpeta del escritorio y le das doble click se abrira una ventana y le das click en Star para que comienze el escaneo, elimina lo que te encuentre y regresa con el reporte que se creara dentro de esa misma carpeta con el nombre de Fixvundo.log

:6: Ejecutas Delpsguard (no olvides regresar con su reporte).

:7: Ejecutas ATF- Cleaner de la siguiente manera:


Dale doble clic a ATF-Cleaner
Marca la Casilla de "Select All."
Para eliminar da clic en "Empty Selected"
Por último, dale clic a Exit


:7: Finalmente reinicias en modo normal y realizas un nuevo escaneo con Kaspersky online y regresas con su nuevo reporte.

Hola descargate OTMoveIt (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe) lo guardas en el Escritorio.


Haz un doble clic sobre OTMoveIt.exe para ejecutarlo.
Asegurate que este marcado "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's".
Copia el texto que se encuentra en el cuadrado más abajo, y pega el texto en el marco de izquierdo de OTMoveIt nombrado Paste List of Filas / Folders to be moved.

Envía el informe (reporte) de OTMoveIt situado sobre C: \ _ OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

Luego de esto realizas un nuevo escaneo con Kaspersky online para comprobar los resultados y regresas con su nuevo reporte asi como de OTmovelt.
