hola buenas tengo un problema con mi windows xp y es que no se cierra cuando le doy a apagar el sistema.

todos los programas me han solucionado los problemas ahora voy a probar a apagar el windows xp. suerteeee

sigue sin cerranse aunque las luces se apagan, pero lo que no se apaga son los ventiladores y en la pantalla del ordenador aparece la pantalla azul de cerrando windows. que mas puedo hacer aparte de formatear e instalar nuevo windows xp. acepto sugerenciasssss....

buenas big doc creo que mi windows es un muerto virtual jaja

sigue quedandose pillado al apagarse el sistema pero me parece raro que se apagen las luces verde y roja pero el ventilador siga en funcionamiento.

lo he abierto y no le veo nada raro.

ve a opciones de energia y verifica que en la opcion cuando presione el boto de apagar no aparezca en : modo suspendido o hibernar :Bien:

verificado y no lo pone aunque tenia la hibernacion activada y la he desactivado.
tiene puesto cuando presione el boton de encendido: apagar

y tambien cuando presione el boton suspender: suspender

no hay nada mas que se pueda hacer?
