cuando realizo los pasos para poder instalar el programa me aparece esta advertencia

En el foro de soporte de spywareblaster dicen que lo primero que se debe hacer es cerrar todos los programas abiertos, reiniciar e intentar de nuevo la instalacion antes de abrir cualquier programa.

Si esto no da resultado prosigue a entrar en Modo a prueba de fallos (http://www.forospyware.com/292284-post4.html), una vez alli deberias poder realizar la instalacion si ningun problema.

(1) When trying to install SpywareBlaster, the following error is displayed: "An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied. "

This error means the file is in use by another program.

First, try rebooting your machine, and then (before you run any programs) try installing SpywareBlaster again.

If that does not work, try closing down all open programs or rebooting into Safe Mode, and you should be able to successfully install SpywareBlaster.
