Hola, espero puedan ayudarme a solucionar este problema, cada vez q inicio se me activa un spyware q activa dos troyanos, ahora mismo estos los tengo en la carpeta de cuarentena del NORMAN VIRUS CONTROL y ademas descargue el SPYBOT-S&D, el cual me elimino el alexa, pero este no lo he podido eliminar, cada vez que lo envio a scanear me sale, con todo y q le di la opcion de arreglarlo en el scan anterior.
