aki esta el reporte, ic lo k me dijiste pero aun el karpersky sigue sin funcionarme, y windows todavia sigue haciendo lo mismo cuando inicio el sistema, (parpadeando), aparece y desaparece la barra y los iconos del escritorio.

si existe alguna otra sugerencia para todos mis problemas con la makina estare esperando..
