Bueno, veamos que hay ahí...

Recuerda seguir estos pasos para la reparación.

1. Ver los archivos ocultos de tu sistema
2. Desactivar la restauración del sistema
3. Iniciar el sistema en el modo «a prueba de fallos» o «modo seguro»

Deberás marcar estas líneas en el Hijackthis para reparar:

• C:\WINDOWS\atlvn32.exe
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipif32.exe
• R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll/sp.html#28129
• R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
• O2 - BHO: IeCatch2 Class - {A5366673-E8CA-11D3-9CD9-0090271D075B" title="Safe">A5366673-E8CA-11D3-9CD9-0090271D075B} - C:\ARCHIV~1\FlashGet\jccatch.dll
• O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C0C935B6-982E-AA23-A228-EE3A265350F0} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntnp32.dll
• O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ipif32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipif32.exe
• O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [atlvn32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\atlvn32.exe

Deberás borrar estos archivos y carpetas

• C:\WINDOWS\atlvn32.exe
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipif32.exe
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\iffco.dll
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntnp32.dll

Después de haber hecho esas reparaciones, no estaría de más que ejecutaras estas otras aplicaciones por si se le ha pasado algo al HijackThis:

• Ad-aware SE
• Spybot Search and Destroy
• RegSeeker. De este programa deberás usar principalmente la opción de «limpiar el registro»

Revisa las entradas O17, si alguna de ellas no pertenece a tu proveedor de servicios máracala para reparar.

También te recomiendo que desinstales el flashget y si quieres seguir usando un gestor de descargas, puedes usar el TrueDownloader, es totalmente código abierto.

En principio no tienes ya casi nada, pero hay algo escondido con el flashget y un par de detallitos más que reparar.
