E hecho todo lo que me dijistes y se a eliminado el icono de virusprotectpro, pero el problema con firefox persiste.
Solo e podido subir el archivo C:\WINDOWS\system32\__c00A4F29.dat , el lgkmdavvc.exe no a habido manera de encontrarlo.
